How do I book an appointment?

What are your hours of operation?
Our Mobile Mechanic is available Monday to Friday from 5 PM to 10 PM, and on weekends from 9 AM to 8 PM—ready when it’s most convenient for you!
What mobile auto services do you offer?
We’re here to help with all your general and preventative maintenance needs! From brake and tire services to thorough vehicle inspections and system diagnostics, we’ve got you covered. Plus, we offer basic electrical services and air conditioning support (non-refrigerant). Your vehicle’s well-being is our priority!
How do I pay for my services?
We’re excited to let you know that we accept payments through e-transfer and PayPal!
And guess what? We’ll be offering debit/credit card payments soon too! You’ll receive all the payment details once your service is completed.
Do you provide warranties on your on your parts or labour?
Absolutely, we take pride in our work and are happy to provide warranties on our services! Feel free to reach out for more details on our warranties.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a $40 fee.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Our pricing is based on labor and time. While we do offer quotes, parts and travel fees are separate from the base mobile mechanic service cost.
Do you use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts?
We use top-quality parts that meet or exceed OEM standards to ensure your vehicle runs smoothly. If you prefer OEM parts, just let us know when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest!
What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my car?
No problem! Just describe the issue as best as you can using this LINK and we’ll provide diagnostic services to help pinpoint the problem.
